When every province of Canada is busy in inviting immigrants under their respective provincial nominee program, Manitoba is no far behind. On 04th June, 2020 under Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, the province has invited 124 candidates by issuing Letters of Advice to them to apply for provincial nomination in order to become a permanent resident of Canada.
The Manitoba PNP draw under the Expression of Interest System has categorised the invitations as below –
• 84 Letters of Advice to apply issued for Skilled Workers in Manitoba. The ranking score of the lowest ranked candidate who has been invited is 523
• Under the International Education Stream, 19 candidates have been issued Letters of Advice to apply
• In the Skilled Workers Overseas, 21 Letters of Advice to Apply have been issued to candidates. These candidates are directly invited by the Manitoba PNP under a Strategic Recruitment Drive. The lowest Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score remained 703.
Out of the total candidates that have been invited, 9 have declared a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code.
To be able to get an invitation from Manitoba, the interested candidates must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), which is not an application but an online profile. There will be EOI questions that are supposed to be answers correctly. Based on the answers, the candidate will be assigned a score and whenever the draw is conducted, the highest scorers are issued Letters of Advice to apply for provincial nomination.
Like the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, there are numerous PNPs that allow the prospective immigrants a chance of quick immigration to become a permanent resident of Canada. If the requirements of the province match to your skills and eligibility, you have a fair chance of being invited and nominated. It is up to you to look out for the most appropriate province and the stream under which you qualify to be invited.
